The third year of the opportunity to approach the delicious and sensual world of chocolate with Cioccolove.
On 13-14-15-16 February, the event in Logge di Banchi will be free from 9:00 to 23:00.
A 4-day Festival in the heart of the Valentines Day where you can immerse yourself and pamper yourself in the world of artisan chocolate in all its forms and tastes, accompanying visitors on a sensory journey, between tradition and innovation, Cioccolove proposes all the irresistible sweetness and friendliness of chocolate with a wide choice of gift ideas.
Four days of tasting with chocolate products from Italian chocolatiers, pralines, cremini and handmade creations made of chocolate, will alternate to the show cooking curated by the companies present.
Organised by Alter Ego Fiere, Centro Diffusione Arte Cultura e Turismo I Cavalieri di Pisa, Associazione Etruria, The event is promoted by Comune di Pisa and F.I.P.G.C (International Federation of Confectionery and Ice-cream Chocolate Shops).
CHOCO EXPERIENCE
A sensory experience with eyes closed that involves the five senses to learn how to taste chocolate and understand its different types and characteristics, an extra dark chocolate 60%, until you get to the mass of 100% cocoa.
Italian master chocolatiers will be present, who will propose an authentic sensory journey that combines tradition and innovation. And for those who love the culinary art, the fair promises to excite with the Live Chocolate Cooking Show, where techniques and secrets of the best craftsmen will be revealed.
We will rebalance the palate with a 35% milk chocolate taste to pass to the tasting of the Three-layer Cremino and Pistachio and Hazelnut Cremino from the renowned company Varvaro: multi-award-winning cremini, Silver World 2018 and 2022, Italy/Med Bronze 2018, Bronze and Silver 2019, Bronze 2020, Silver 2021-22, Silver and Bronze 2023 at the International Chocolate Awards and the Gold Tablet 2022 and 2023.
