Sunday, June 22 from 7.30 p.m. returns the "Dinner on the Ponte di Mezzo", a cult appointment of the summer pisana arrived at the XIII edition organized by Confcommercio Province of Pisa and ConfRistoranti Confcommercio Pisa with the participation of the Camera di Commercio Toscana Nord-Ovest - Terre di Pisa, the sponsorship of the Municipality of Pisa and the collaboration of Fipe-Confcommercio, the newspaper La Nazione, Istituto Ipsar Giacomo Matteotti of Pisa, Associazione Cuochi Pisani, Fisar and Consorzio Vini Doc Terre di Pisa, inserted within the Tuscany Summer Rainbow 2025 poster of the Tuscany Region together with Vetrina Toscana.
An original and suggestive appointment, the only one able to make live an unforgettable experience between the breeze that blows on the Arno and the magical colors of the sunset. A dinner with absolute protagonists the typical dishes of the Pisan tradition, this year declined in a delicious menu of earth: Antipasto - Girello di mucco pisano on almond puffs, anchovy mayonnaise, capper fruit and marinated egg yolk; First - rice semisphere with cream of zucchini, soft heart of caciottina del Parco on mirror of pisanello tomato; Second - pork fillet flavored in crust of herbs and ham crunchy with its bottom and cherry of Lari; Dolce - Ponte di Mezzo’s sweet with vanilla cream and strawberry gel.
These are the delicacies prepared by the chefs of Trattoria La Tortuga, Ristorante Osteria L'Artilafo, Pastificio Pasta dè Miracoli, Osteria Sottosella - Country Club Boccadarno, Ristorante La Pergoletta, Osteria In Domeand the Associazione Cuochi Pisani. During the dinner you can taste the wines of Sorzio Vini Doc Terre di Pisa. Grand finale with the tasting of Calci’s Amaro SestoSenso, excellence of the Pisan terrtorio winner of the bronze medal at the World Spirist Award in London in 2023 and 2025 and gold medal winner at the Concours International de Lyon and the Frankfurt Spirits Trophy in 2025.
