*UPDATING*
Confetti, masks and streamers: Carnival has arrived. With the most colourful time of the year comes Carnival activities for families at SMA museums, offering a fun way to discover the historical, artistic, natural and scientific heritage of the University of Pisa.
The activities are aimed at children aged 6 to 11 accompanied by an adult for all museums, with the exception of the Museo della Grafica, whose activities are aimed at children aged 5 to 11.
Cost: €6 per child

- "Su la maschera", everyone to the museum in costume to spend an afternoon among fun masks and cheerful colours!

Sunday 8 February 2026, at 4 pm | Museo di Anatomia Patologica e Paleopatologia
- "Sherlock Bones: piccoli detective delle ossa", ike real investigators, we will discover the secrets hidden in the bones in the exhibition Secrets of the Body. A journey through human anatomy through medicine and archaeology.

Saturday 14 febraury 2026, at 3.30 pm | Collezioni Egittologiche "Edda Bresciani"
- "Carnevale egittizzante...tra i reperti del museo". If you want to celebrate Carnival with us, come in costume to the museum and try to solve the riddles and puzzles that await you, before having fun with an Egyptian-themed creative workshop!
