The PuroMalto Group is proposing a five-night cycle for Pisa to Pisa on Thursday, May 11, dedicated to the fascinating world of wines. The cycle of meetings is organized at the initiative of the Condado Slow Food Pisa and Monte Pisano. Each of the five evenings will be devoted to tasting and knowledge of three wines. Meetings are held on Thursday 11, 18 and 25 May and on Thursday 1 and 8 June from 21:00 to 23:30. Here is the evening program

 

First night: rainbow in the glass: from parchment to ruby. Guided tour of a white, a red, a rose. On the table, the theme "How to taste: sight, smell, palate.

 

Second evening: red: the juice of fire. Guided tour of a "young" red and two "mature ones". On the table, the theme "How are born red and pink".

 

Third evening: white: elegance. Sweet wines: sensuality. Guided tour of a "fresh" white, an "evolved" white and a dessert wine. On the table, the theme "How are white wines and sugars come".

 

Fourth night: sparkling and sparkling, that is: worldliness. Guided tour of a Muscat, a Classical Method, a Charmat. On the table, the theme "How bubbles come".

 

Fifth evening: Tuscan curses: the "redeemed" reds of the Grand Duchy. Guided tour of two classic vineyards and an "oriunde" grape wine. On the table, the theme "The classification system today: from Doc to Dop".
