On Thursday 11 September, from 7.00 pm, "Scientific aperitifs" returns to the La Nunziatina garden, a journey between science and the senses, to discover how chemistry shapes the pleasure of taste and smell.
The event is organized by the Dissemination Commission of the Department of Pharmacy and in this event we will talk about the world of food and drink aromas with Dr. Roberta Ascrizzi of the Department of Pharmacy of the University of Pisa.
Free entry, drinks paid by the participants.
