On the occasion of Pentecost, Sunday, May 24 at 6:00 p.m., the Pentecost Concert dedicated to Saint Francis of Assisi will take place. The event is organized by the Associazione Culturale Il Mosaico and the Compagnia di San Ranieri, in collaboration with the Fondazione Pisa and the Municipality of Pisa.

The concert is to celebrate the 769° anniversary of the founding of the Pisa hospital, which took place on Pentecost.

The concert will be held at the Church of Santa Caterina d'Alessandria and will feature Gianni Bicchierini on piano, alongside the “Voci di Corridoio” choir of the Istituto Comprensivo Giuseppe Toniolo, conducted by Elia Serafini.

Admission is free.
