On Saturday 23 August 2025 at 11.00 pm the traditional and long-awaited fireworks show returns to the seafront of Marina di Pisa. The fireworks display will be visible throughout the seafront, but the execution will take place in the area in front of Piazza Gorgona. The initiative is part of the program of events “Marenia NonSoloMare 2025”, the summer event promoted by the tourism department of the Municipality of Pisa in collaboration with Pisamo, with the participation of the Chamber of Commerce of North-West Tuscany and the involvement of Confcommercio Pisa, Confesercenti Pisa, Pro Loco del Litorale Pisano, Teatrino del Sole and Eliopoli.

Traffic changes. For the smooth running of the event, some parking and traffic measures were necessary.

From 6.30pm on 23 August 2025 until 1.00am on 24 August 2025, suspension of the cycle path and ban on the circulation of bicycles and similar vehicles (monobates) in via Repubblica Pisana, piazza Gorgona on the sea side, piazza Sardegna on the sea side and via Padre Agostino da Montefeltro. The bicycles can be conducted by hand as long as they hinder the movement of pedestrians

At the same times there is also a ban on the circulation of all vehicles including bicycles and similar vehicles in: via Francardi from the intersection with via Moriconi to via della Repubblica Pisana, via Gualduccio from the intersection with via Moriconi to via della Repubblica Pisana; northern arm of Piazza Gorgona connecting from Via Pietro Moriconi to Piazza Gorgona on the sea side; southern arm of Piazza Gorgona connecting from Via Pietro Moriconi to Piazza Gorgona on the sea side; via Lotario Gusmari from the intersection with via Pietro Moriconi to via della Repubblica Pisana; via Iacopo Inghirami from the intersection with via Pietro Moriconi to via della Repubblica Pisana. The exit of parked vehicles from via Pietro Moriconi and access to and exit from authorized driveways will be permitted.
