On Thursday, April 23, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., the Limonaia garden of the Archbishop's Palace in Pisa opens to the public: anyone can choose from the publications of the Opera della Primaziale Pisana and take them home, leaving a free donation. The proceeds will go entirely to the purchase of school supplies for children and young people from vulnerable families in the area. The initiative is managed by the Diocesan Caritas of Pisa.

The initiative was born on the occasion of World Book Day and offers visitors the opportunity to spend time in a unique environment, where reading is intertwined with the beauty of the historical and natural context.
