The commemoration ceremony for the 81° anniversary of the Liberation will take place on Saturday, April 25.

The day's program, organized by the Municipality of Pisa together with the Province of Pisa, the Prefecture, and the ANPI Pisa section, includes the laying of a laurel wreath at the Acqui Division monument at 9:30 a.m. in Piazza Caduti di Cefalonia e Corfu.
At 10:00 a.m. in the church of Santa Caterina d'Alessandria, Holy Mass will be celebrated, prayers will be offered at the Chapel of the Fallen, and a laurel wreath will be laid at the Chapel of the Fallen.
At 11:15 a.m. in Piazza XX Settembre, Logge di Palazzo Gambacorti, laurel wreaths will be laid at the Tombstone of the Fallen, followed at 11:30 a.m. in Piazza XX Settembre by the institutional ceremony celebrating the 81st° anniversary of the Liberation.

Speakers include Maria Luisa D'Alessandro, Prefect of Pisa; Michele Conti, Mayor of Pisa; Massimiliano Angori, President of the Province; and Bruno Possenti, President of the ANPI.

The program then continues at 6:30 pm at the Logge di Banchi with a concert by the Pisa Philharmonic Society.
