On October 25th, the Pisa Gospel Festival will be held, scheduled for the Great Hall of the Green Theater starting at 21.15. Like all the years, it is organized by the Cultural Association Voices of Heaven Gospel Choir, which will sing along with The Joyful Gospel Ensemble (Livorno formation that counts more than 50 items).

The purpose of the event is not only to make known the gospel rhythms of African American black slaves, but also to support a social project of the Cooperative The Symbol: this year the project of gambling therapy was chosen the Swing for children 'OU Pediatric Oncoematology of Santa Chiara Hospital.

The proceeds of the evening will be devoted to the project, which can be more present in the hospital life of children, followed especially in the Day Hospital and in its Ludoteca but also in the rooms of the department where the children are admitted.

 

The Swing Project is a service of the Social Cooperative The Symbol, present in U. since 2002.

 

The event has the patronage of the City of Pisa, the University of Pisa and the Society of Health.
