On Saturday, May 13, at 5.30 pm, at the Libreria dei Ragazzi in Via San Francesco 99 in Pisa, will be presented the presentation of "What a fear of fear", encounter inside the book and his characters with Ugo stories. There will be present the illustrator Luisa Zana and editor Carlo Scorrano. Free admission. The book was written by Nicoletta Codignola. An illustrated book with two interactive games, a journey into the land to discover their fears and monsters living there. Only by playing can we identify and overcome them.

 

Nicoletta Codignola is a training educator who has dedicated her working life to childhood publishing. Enter the publishing house "Nuova Italia", founded by his grandfather and carried on by his father, where he created the New Italy Primary Education (NIEP) sector for young children. Within this catalog, you can find the books of Mario Mariotti, known and prized all over the world. At the death of his father he entered with his rich catalog and his professionalism in the publishing house Fatatrac, in which he worked as author and publisher of many texts, often in rhyme.  Among the many awards, a symbol of his double soul of author and publisher, special appeal Andersen 2005.

 

Luisa Zana was born in Pisa in 1979 where she graduated in Construction Engineering, art student of Jindra Capek in Sarmede. In 2009 he graduated from the Master in Editorial Illustration Ars in Fabula at the Academy of Fine Arts in Macerata. Realizes illustrations for the children's trail in the Carriage Museum. In 2010 he published "The hidden story of buildings" published by Kyowon (Seoul, Korea), working with his master Mauro Evangelista. In 2012 he won the special mention at the Talent Next competition with a jury presided over by Roberto Innocenti and in the same year he produced the illustrations of the exhibition catalog Amore e Psyche (Palazzo Marini, Milan) edited by Rubettino Editore. In 2015 he presents "Capitan Vaca", his personal exhibition. He currently collaborates with Istos Edizioni.
