This year the Vespa Club Pisa has decided to change the formula of previous years, replacing the Befana in Vespa, with Santa Claus in Vespa of old memory.

In the '50s it was customary to gather the Vespa players to the historic headquarters of the club then placed on the Lungarno Galilei, to make a brief tour of the city with Santa Claus riding a Vespa or Ape motorbike and deliver the toys and desserts collected, to the needy little orphans.

This initiative, as always, is addressed to all citizens for the collection of toys to be delivered to the less fortunate children that even during the holidays will be forced to remain in the structures of Pediatric Oncology and at the Stella Maris Institute of Calambrone.

As in previous years, this event will be managed together with the Municipal Police Command, both for the collection of gifts and for their delivery.

 

The event will take place in Piazza dei Cavalieri on the morning of December 16th from 9.30 to 11.00.

 

The program includes:

 

9.30 am start of concentration and collection of gifts in Piazza dei Cavalieri

11.00 am departure of the parade with a tour of the Lungarni towards Calambrone and Cisanello.

12.00 am delivery of gifts to the children hospitalized by the Municipal Police with Pediatric Oncology and the Vespa Club Pisa at the Istituto Stella Maris.

 

The whole town is invited to participate!!!
