Book presentations, debates, music, dance, art: San Rossore will host the first edition of ViviParco, a cultural review on environmental issues, from 28 June to 29 July.

All the events will take place around sunset, from 6.30 p.m. to about 8 p.m., and it will be possible to come and go by boat from the centre of Pisa, subject to booking and reaching the minimum number to activate the service (for information call the San Rossore visitor centre at 050530101 from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., price 10 euro per person). ViviParco - The event, conceived by Francesco Pozzi with the artistic direction of Francesca Petrucci, organised by the Park Authority with the Region of Tuscany, the contribution of the Pisa Foundation and the patronage of the Municipality of Pisa, begins on Tuesday 28 June at 5.30 p.m. at the Sala Gronchi with the presentation of the book 'Presidents of the Republic. Da De Nicola al secondo mandato di Mattarella' by Andrea Pertici with Giacomo Salvini (Il Fatto Quotidiano) and continues at 6.30 p.m. in the garden of Villa Giraffa with the debate 'Ambiente e Costituzione, e ora?' again with Professor Pertici. At 7.30 p.m. at the Centro Giacomini, in front of the Villa, inauguration of the exhibition Perturbamento by the students of the Liceo Artistico Russoli, an exhibition of works inspired by the relationship between man and nature, which will be open to visitors throughout the event.

On Thursday 30 June at 6 p.m., the roundabout in Cascine Vecchie will be named after Ribot, followed by Renzo Castelli narrates Ribot in Pisa.

On Friday 1 July, dance arrives in the Park with 'Il più bel Cantico fra i Cantici', a performance freely inspired by 'Il Cantico dei Cantici' in Guido Ceronetti's translation, organised by Concorda /MovimentoinActor.

Tuesday 5 July Andrea Mati presents his book 'Salvarsi con il verde' (Giunti).

Friday 8 July is the turn of the 'Musical Picnic Revolution' with singer-songwriters, environment and good food organised by the I Cavalieri association.

Tuesday 12 July meeting on 'Bioliberty. In search of new balances between people and animals', with Ciro Troiano (head of LAV's zoomafia observatory), Massimo Vitturi (national head of LAV's wildlife area), and Park President Lorenzo Bani.

On Friday 15 July at the Gombo beach, a special 'Music on the Water' event with a programme yet to be revealed.

Tuesday 19 July 'Attenti al lupo? La situazione tra mito e realtà' (The situation between myth and reality) with Marco Apollonio, professor at the University of Sassari and scholar of the wolf situation in the Park.

Friday 22 July music with the Duo Grandesso: Damiano Grandesso on saxophones and Marcello Grandesso on accordion, organised by the Fanny Mendelssohn Association.

Tuesday 26 July 'L'erba voglio cresce solo nel Parco' (The grass only grows in the Park) with Professor Emilio Tomei, author of 'L'Erbario Pisano' and Francesco Mati co-author with Francesca Petrucci of the book 'Linn e il segreto dell'erbario alchemico' (MdS editore).

It ends on a high note on Friday 29 July with Nays, traditional and folk-inspired music with the quintet Anna Ulivieri (flute), Matilde Gori (trumpet and cornet), Dario Paganin (voice, quena, guitar, charango, mandolin), Giulia Dini (cello), Federico Monzani (percussion) organised by the Associazione Chi vuol esser lieto sia....
