As part of the city's celebrations for the anniversary of Galileo Galilei's birth, the Walls of Pisa are participating with a double initiative:

• Saturday, February 14th at the Bastione del Parlascio starting at 6:30 pm ‘The talking star: the Moon from Galileo to gravitational waves’. Lunar Tales in Words and Music edited by Osservatorio Gravitazionale Europeo – EGO with saxophone accompaniment by Dimitri Grechi Espinoza and readings by Giulia Perelli. Event in collaboration with the Pisan Amateur Astronomers Associations Galileo Galilei, Massimiliano Razzano, University of Pisa, Vincenzo Napolano, EGO, and the cooperatives Coopculture, Itinera and Promocultura that manage the Walls of Pisa. Free entry.

• On Sunday, February 15th, the birthday of the great scientist, admission to the Walls will be free for residents of the Municipality of Pisa
