Sunday 2 November 2025 renews the appointment with Sunday at the Museum, the initiative of the Ministry of Culture which allows free entry, every first Sunday of the month, into state museums and archaeological parks.
Like every first Sunday of the month, the Atheno Museum System, with the Egyptological Collections “Edda Bresciani” and the Graphics Museum also joins the initiative.

National museums of Pisa

National Museum of San Matteo: open 9:00 am – 1:30 pm (last entry 1:00 pm);

At 11 am a concert will be held by the Cameristi dell'Orchestra giovanile della Toscana, Quintetto 900 Woodwindsfolks. Music by Hindemith, Ligeti, Taffanel, Ibert and Farkas.

National Museum of Palazzo Reale:open 9:00 am – 1:30 pm (last entry 1:00 pm);

Museum of Ancient Ships: open 2:00 pm - 7:30 p.m (last entry 6:30 pm);

Monumental Charterhouse of Calci: open 9:00 am – 1:30 pm (last entry 1 pm) and 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm (last entry 5:30 pm). Free entry to the Court of Honor and the entirely frescoed monastic church.
Visit to all the rooms of the Monumental Charterhouse permitted only with a paid guided tour by the Cooperativa Archeologia e Itinera Livorno Cultura e Turismo at: 9.30 am, 11am, 12.30 pm.
