Sport, show and passion in the heart of the city: returns the "Trophy City of Pisa" padel.

From 29 June to 6 July, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele becomes an open-air padel court: returns the highly anticipated tournament organized by the Pisa Padel Club in collaboration with the City of Pisa.

After the great success of the first edition, returns with even more energy and involvement the second Trophy City of Pisa padel, a sporting and cultural event that will animate the heart of the city from 29 June to 6 July 2025. Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, one of the main city squares, will be transformed for a week into a real urban stadium, with a padel court to give life to an unprecedented sports show.

The initiative, promoted by the Pisa Padel Club in collaboration with the Municipality of Pisa, is a perfect example of how sport can integrate with the urban fabric, bringing citizens and tourists to a growing discipline like paddle tennis. Registration for the tournament is open to all from Tuesday, May 27, (maximum 16 pairs per category), with a division into three levels of play for both men and women, Thus ensuring a balanced and engaging experience for every type of player. All activities will be held from 9 a.m. to midnight.

The square will be active for the whole week not only to host the matches of the tournament, but also to open the doors to those who have never had a chance to try this sport. During the time not occupied by the tournament, it will be possible to participate in practice sessions, friendly matches and lessons guided by qualified FITP (Italian Federation of Tennis and Padel). Special attention will be given to children, who approach for the first time padel, with introductory courses designed for all ages.

The opening ceremony will be held on Sunday, June 29, in the presence of the city authorities and the symbolic cutting of the ribbon. It will be the moment that will officially start a week full of emotions, exciting races, new friends and lots of positive energy.

Bringing padel to the heart of Pisa also means enhancing public spaces in a creative and inclusive way. Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, normally a place of passage and daily meetings, will be transformed for seven days into a lively and pulsating arena, creating an immersive experience for those who play, watch and pass.

The preparation of the field will be taken care of in detail to ensure safety, comfort and spectacular. Stands, reception area, information point, and a small hospitality area will help to create a welcoming environment for athletes, families and curious. Whether you are an experienced player, a simple curious or a family looking for a new activity, this event will give you moments of pure energy.
