The Pisa Book Festival 2025 is back, the national independent publishing exhibition organized by the Pisa Book Festival association.
The event is promoted and supported by the Municipality of Pisa and the Fondazione Pisa, the Tuscany Region, the National Museums of Pisa, the Città che legge, the Centro per il libro e la lettera, Palazzo Blu, Le Navi Antiche di Pisa and the National Museum of Palazzo Reale, with the contribution of Acque, the North-West Tuscany Chamber of Commerce and CNA-Pisa.
For four days, from Thursday 2 October to Sunday 5 October, the Pisa Book Festival presents itself to the public as a cultural event that combines the promotion of the book, a place of the soul, with that of museums and historical complexes, places of art, identity and historical memory.
The theme of the 23rd edition is the mountain.
The great literature festival returns to the Republican Arsenals of Pisa where meetings, workshops, readings and debates await you that will make your experience unforgettable. Other spectacular locations will host many events including the Museum of Ancient Ships, the Royal Palace and the Citadel Fort.
The festival will be open with these hours:
- thursday from 3 pm to 8 pm.
- friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 8 pm.
Entrance is free.
