EVENT POSTPONED TO SATURDAY 21 JUNE 2025
An evening of celebration, music and socializing. Saturday 10 May, from 7.30 p.m. to midnight, the squares of the city center are lit with "the Pink Night of Music".
The event, organized by the Municipality of Pisa and Teatro di Pisa, is part of the rich program of initiatives "Pisa makes the Tour", https://www.turismo.pisa.it/en/eventi/Giro-d-Italia-2025-a-Pisa, the calendar of events that anticipates the arrival in Pisa of the stage of the Giro d'Italia, scheduled for 20 May.
The city will be animated by shows, initiatives and musical performances in numerous locations of the center: Teatro Verdi, Piazza dei Cavalieri, Largo Ciro Menotti, Piazza Chiara Gambacorti, Piazza Garibaldi, Piazza XX Settembre, Chiesa S. Anna, Chiesa S. Sepolcro, Church S. Cristina, Corso Italia (ang. via Titta Ruffo), Atrio Comune di Pisa, Caffè dell'Ussero
Different realities of the territory that adhere to the initiative and will involve audiences of all ages: Orchestra Giovanile Toscana, Filarmonica Pisana, Radio Toscana, I Marilyn, Ass.ne Anbima, Scuola di Musica Bonamici, Coro Vox Humana Ensemble, Music Academy Pisa, Mag Stage, The Borderline Club, Voices in the Wind, Pisa Mia and band H.E.R.P.E.S., Scuola sec. Fibonacci branch Carducci, Scuola di Danza Ghezzi, Proscenium ASD, Passion Dance ASD, Cresco Pattinaggio ASD, ASD Danza con Me and Festival Robotica.

Changes to traffic: closed to traffic the Lungarni
To allow the event to take place, the Municipality of Pisa has adopted a series of measures relating to traffic and parking.
In particular from 7 p.m. hours on Saturday 10 May to 1 a.m. hours on Sunday 11 will be closed to vehicular traffic: Lungarno Galilei (except vehicles of residents with obligation to turn left at the intersection with Vicolo Da Scorno), Piazza San Sepolcro, Lungarno Gambacorti (stretch between Piazza XX Settembre and Via delle Belle Donne), Lungarno Pacinotti (stretch from Piazza Carrara to Piazza Garibaldi, except for the ZTL Nord approved that can transit until Via Curtatone and Montanara), Ponte di Mezzo, Piazza dei Cavalieri, Via Dini (from Via Notari to Piazza dei Cavalieri), Via Consoli del Mare (stretch between the branch towards Piazzetta Bolelli and Piazza dei Cavalieri).
From 5 p.m. hours on Saturday 10 May to 1 a.m. on Sunday 11 is also established the prohibition of parking with forced removal in: Lungarno Galilei (stretch from Vicolo Da Scorno to Piazza XX Settembre), Lungarno Gambacorti (stretch from Piazza XX Settembre to Via delle Belle Donne), Lungarno Pacinotti (stretch from Via Curtatone and Montanara to Piazza Garibaldi) and Piazza dei Cavalieri.
Always from 7 p.m. on Saturday 10 May to 1 a.m. on Sunday 11 the following other measures are also instituted: in Via San Frediano, at the intersection with Via Tavoleria, right-hand turn obligation; on Via Oberdan suspended the pedestrian area for the duration of the event; access to all streets and alleys that enter the Lungarni (Via Torti, Via San Sepolcro, Via Franceschi, Via Mossotti, Via del Moro and Via del Tidi); on the Ponte della Fortezza single way of travel in the south-north direction, then from Lungarno Fibonacci towards Lungarno Buozzi; inversion of the way in Via Flaminio Dal Borgo; repealed in Via San Martino (in the stretch between Vicolo del Moro and Corso Italia) and Via Toselli (in the stretch between Corso Italia and Via Garofani), repeal of the pedestrian area, thus allowing vehicular transit; in Via Toselli (in the stretch between Via Garofani and Via dell'Occhio) institution of the alternate single-sense, with the exit road towards Lungarno Gambacorti via Via Facchini, Piazza Facchini and Via delle Belle Donne.
