On Monday 21 April 2025, the 10th Duathlon Sprint Silver Rank of the Medieval Cities will be held in Pisa, starting and finishing in Piazza dei Cavalieri.

The race will award the Absolute Title M and F of Regional Champion 2025 of Duathlon Sprint.

Programme:

• from 11 a.m. to 1.15 p.m. Collection of race packs, possible post-race refreshment bag and CHIP delivery in Place to be defined cell: 333-1315654
• 12.45-1.35 pm. Opening/closing of the changeover area c/o P.zza dei Cavalieri -Pisa
• at 13.40. Athletes M and F
• 1.45 p.m. - Start Duathlon SPRINT M and F race on indication of the Referee Judge
• 4.00 p.m. Prize-giving.

Initial run 5 km-two laps of 2.5Km altimetry "0"- Bike - 20Km-six laps of 3.3Km altimetry "0" lap counter - Final run 2.5Km altimetry "0 Routes entirely closed to vehicular traffic (Beware residents inside the circuit may inadvertently enter the race course in full violation of traffic restriction ordinances) - OBEY THE ROAD CODE.

Traffic changes:

From 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. there will be a parking ban with forced removal on Via Curtatone and Montanara on both sides, on Via San Frediano, on Lungarno Pacinotti, and on Lungarno Buozzi in the section between Via Santa Marta and Via del Borghetto, and on the section on the river side from Via del Borghetto to the Vittoria bridge. The prohibition will also affect Lungarno Fibonacci on both sides, Lungarno Galilei in the section from Lungarno Fibonacci to Via Bovio (opposite side of the river), Lungarno Galilei in the section from Piazza San Sepolcro to Piazza XX Settembre, Lungarno Gambacorti in the section between Piazza XX Settembre and Via Mazzini, and Piazza Solferino on the east side. From 10 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. parking will also be prohibited, with forced removal, on the entire extension of Piazza dei Cavalieri.

With regard to vehicular traffic, from 12:00 to 16:30, transit will be prohibited in Piazza dei Cavalieri. From 1.30 p.m. until 4.00 p.m: 30, the traffic ban will also affect the Pacinotti lungarno, via Santa Maria in the section from via San Nicola to the Pacinotti lungarno, the Mediceo lungarno, the Buozzi lungarno in the section from via del Borghetto to the Vittoria bridge, the sea side lane of the Vittoria bridge, the Fibonacci lungarno, the Galilei lungarno, the Gambacorti lungarno, the east side lane of the Solferino bridge, the Ponte di Mezzo bridge, the Fortezza bridge, via Curtatone e Montanara and via San Frediano.

Piazza Arcivescovado, Via Capponi, Via Martiri, Via Collegio Ferdinando, Via Don Gaetano Boschi, Via Sant'Apollonia, Via Consoli del Mare, Via San Giuseppe, Via Leopardi, Via Dalmazia, Via della Faggiola, Arco del Gualandi, Via Dini, Via Roma, Piazza Solferino, Borgo Stretto and Piazza Garibaldi will also be closed to traffic only for the time strictly necessary for the race to pass.

During the course of the event, the crossing of the Arno river in the historical centre will be guaranteed through the Solferino bridge and the Victory bridge.
