Monday 16th June, the eve of the patron saint of the city San Ranieri, returns to Pisa the Luminara di San Ranieri, one of the highlights of Giugno Pisano.

In the afternoon will enter into activity the employees selected specifically for lighting the candles that, positioned on the "biancherie" of the buildings, will illuminate the Lungarni highlighting with their glow the architectural forms of the buildings to create a unique and suggestive atmosphere.

At dusk, thanks to the turning off of public and private artificial lighting, the Lungarni will begin to immerse themselves in the magical evening of San Ranieri and the expectation for the traditional fireworks show.
