A breath of spring in Tuscany’s museums: “Amico Museo” is back—the campaign promoting the region’s museum heritage. This well-established and highly successful initiative, which reaches every corner of the region, offers a special opportunity to highlight the museums and their activities.
From May 15 to June 28, 2026, Tuscan museums will open their doors to welcome visitors of all ages with guided tours, special exhibitions, workshops, and interactive activities; a wide variety of events united by a shared passion: to introduce our cultural heritage through offerings that engage visitors in creative experiences.
Once again this year, the University of Pisa Museum System is participating in the initiatives with a rich program of events.
