On Sunday 14 May, the Museo delle Navi Antiche (Museum of Ancient Ships) in Pisa is organising a special event, dedicated to families, to celebrate the traditional celebration of Mother's Day under the banner of fun and discovery. It is a guided tour for young and old and a workshop where participants will discover the many uses of oil in Roman times, with the possibility for children to make a characteristic perfumed oil to give to their mothers.
The appointment is scheduled at 3.30 p.m., for a total duration of one hour. To take part, reservations are compulsory by 12 noon on Sunday 14 May, at 050 47029 (on weekends at 050 8057880) or at prenotazioni@navidipisa.it.
