From Friday 29th September to Sunday 1st October in Pisa, the 4th edition of the BeeRiver festival will be screened, dedicated to Italian artisan beers (timetable: Saturday 18-01.30, Saturday 16-01.30, Sunday 13-23).

 

The show also sees the collaboration between the various partners of the Pure Malt Tasting Group: in particular with the conduct of four guided tasting workshops and matching with (new) showcooking. Friday, 29th, 19: Three different beers "with ..." Butterflies on stewed onion, cherry tomatoes, pecorino cheese, toasted pine nuts and reduction of Strong Belgian Ale

Saturday, June 30th, three different beers with "..." Renaiola-Hwz (first classic Pisan dish, but revisited: marinated Heingeweeden garlic, garlic, chili pepper and rape tops)

Sunday 1, 14: three different beers "in the ..." Chestnut tortilla and tender janduia heart to the scent of Scotch Ale

Sunday, 1st of 19th: Three different beers "with ..." Gorgonzola fondue pie, stewed speck in American Pale Ale and crunchy Parmesan cheese.

 

And for all home-brewing fans, in conjunction with this BeeRiver edition,  La Staffetta association promotes two initiatives:

2) Extreme brewing seminar open to 5 full members, (for info: arcilastaffetta@gmail.com, cell 329-0731452). The appointment, scheduled for Saturday 30th at 16:30, will deepen the techniques of brassing and handling for types such as Barley Wine, spontaneous or mixed fermentations, solely recipe recipes.
