For all fans of the world of food and wine, 'Banchi di Gusto' is back, the event organised by the Toscana Sapori Consortium and the CNA in collaboration with the Municipality of Pisa, Terre di Pisa, Food & Wine Toscana Sapori and the North-West Tuscany Chamber of Commerce.
Chocolate, baking and leavening will be the themes of the 12th edition of Banchi con Gusto, street food & show cooking. An appointment that aims to enhance the historical, environmental and health aspects of Tuscan food and gastronomy.
The now traditional appointment takes place on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 April from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. in Pisa under the Logge di Banchi in the city centre.
