On Sunday, 16 November 2025, the Lungarni Pacinotti and Mediceo in Pisa will host the Forte di Marmi Market. The initiative is held under the patronage of the Municipality of Pisa.

On the occasion of the special market organised by the consortium ‘Gli ambulanti di Forte dei Marmi’ (The Street Vendors of Forte dei Marmi), scheduled for Sunday 16 November in Pisa, temporary changes have been made to traffic and parking in the Lungarni Nord area, Ponte di Mezzo and the surrounding streets from 6 a.m. until the end of the market, no later than 10 p.m.

Lungarni and Ponte di Mezzo. Lungarno Pacinotti (section between Piazza Carrara and Piazza Garibaldi): no traffic and no parking with compulsory removal, except for market operators' vehicles. Lungarno Mediceo: no traffic and no parking with compulsory removal, except for market operators' vehicles. Ponte di Mezzo: no traffic, except for market operators' vehicles.

Traffic in the surrounding area. Via Santa Bibbiana: left turn only at the intersection with Via del Buschetto/Via Gereschi, except for residents of Piazza Mazzini. Via del Buschetto: obligation to continue straight ahead or turn left at the intersection with Via Santa Bibbiana, except for residents of Piazza Mazzini. Via Palestro: reversal of the one-way system in the section between Via Cavour and Via Verdi, with a new direction from west to east and exit onto Via Verdi. Via Cavour (intersection with Via Palestro): obligation to turn left. Via Palestro (intersection with Via Verdi): right turn only.

Closure of access to the Lungarni. Access is prohibited from all roads and alleys leading to the Lungarni affected by the measure: Via Buongusto, Via Santa Maria, Via Serafini, Via Tidi, Via Vigna, Via Cairoli and Piazza Mazzini. The closures will be monitored by barriers.
