Saturday 5 July, at the terrace of the Imperial bath in Tirrenia (Piazza Belvedere, beginning at 8.30 pm), boxing will be the protagonist with a special evening built around a figure who has made sport a way of life. The special guest returning to the fight will be Giovanni Redi, 37 years old, former world champion Muai Thay, who will fight in the ring against Anatolii Burdiian.

The event with free admission, is organized by Pugilistica Carlo Bartolomei, under the patronage of the City of Pisa. To present the rich program of events will be Marcello Bartolomei, master of Redi. To him we owe a good part of the soul of the event that on 5 July will bring boxing in Tirrenia, in an unprecedented context for the city.

Many side events are scheduled to enrich the evening, before the match of Redi. As the first "trophy of the Coast Piero del Papa", for the best amateur boxer of the evening; the Cristian Daghio Memorial, the Gigi Tassi Memorial, the Franco Priami Memorial, the Carlo Bartolomei Memorial.
