Sunday 6 April 2025 sees the renewal of the appointment with Sunday at the Museum, the initiative of the Ministry of Culture that allows free entry, every first Sunday of the month, to state museums and archaeological parks.
The National Museum of San Matteo will be open from 9.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. (last entrance at 1 p.m.), https://cultura.gov.it/luogo/museo-nazionale-di-san-matteo
At 11 a.m. the volumes ‘Deodato Orlandi: from the Greek manner to the 14th century’ and ‘Francesco Traini. A volume and the rediscovered Santa Barbara'.
Speakers: Massimo Dadà (director of the National Museums of Pisa), Pierluigi Nieri (director of the Museo di San Matteo), Gabriella Garzella (president of the Società Storica Pisana), Mario Cobuzzi and Gerardo De Simone. The debate is coordinated by Marco Collareta.
The Museum of Ancient Ships will be open from 2 to 7.30 p.m. (last admission at 6.30 p.m.).

The Charterhouse of Calci will be open with free admission upon compulsory booking by calling +39 050 938430. Admission at 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m..
