Back to Pisa “Storie in Movimento Festival”, the free event dedicated to storytelling, music and cinema, organized as part of the project “Decidere da Soli”, selected by Con iBambini as part of the Fund to combat educational poverty minors. The Festival is promoted by AIPD Pisa, in collaboration with the social cooperatives Alzaia and Il Simbolo, Cinema Arsenale, Circolo Caracol, Alfea Cinematografica, Associazione Re-Play and with the patronage of the Municipality of Pisa. The Festival was presented this morning at Palazzo Gambacorti in the presence of the disability councilor Giulia Gambini, the president of the AIPD association Sandro Del Rosso, the president of the cooperative “Il Simbolo” Alberto Grilli and Antonio Capellupo of the Cinema Arsenale.
From Thursday 23rd to Sunday 26th October the event offers film screenings, meetings with guests, theatrical performances, two evening concerts and a drawing workshop for children. The heart of the initiative is the experiential listening event “Stories in Movement”, which invites participants to “put themselves in the other's shoes”: the stories are heard wearing the shoes of the narrator, a symbolic and engaging gesture that allows you to experience firsthand the emotions and paths of the protagonists.
