NavigArte returns with a new edition, the international festival of dance, music and visual arts which since 2011 has animated Pisa with a unique dialogue between art, nature and water, inspired by the history of the city and its connection with the sea and the river.
This 15th edition, with the artistic direction of Flavia Bucciero, will be staged from 26 September to 8 October and brings with it a very rich programme:
- Dance companies from all over Europe –Netherlands, Poland, France, Germany – for an increasingly international scope
- Shows dedicated to younger people, such as The Secret of the Bosco Vecchio (in collaboration with WWF Urban Nature) and The Chocolate Factory with live music
- Magical encounters between dance and music: In Praise of Birds, co-production with the Benedetto Marcello Conservatory of Venice, and White 2.0 of the ’“Arcis Collective” of Monaco, born from an artistic residency in Pisa
A special birthday celebrating 15 years of culture and artistic contaminations, with the support of the Tuscany Region, the Municipality of Pisa, the Pisa Foundation, UniCoopFI and in collaboration with the University of Pisa, the Migliarino San Rossore Massaciuccoli Park and the Artistic Residences of Tuscany.
