On Tuesday, 2 September 2025, at 6.30 p.m., on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the Liberation of Pisa, there will be a concert by the Wind Orchestra of the Pisa Philharmonic Society, conducted by Maestro Paolo Carosi.
The event, which is free to attend, will be held in Logge di Banchi, Pisa.
The programme includes music by Giacomo Puccini, Leroy Anderson, Pietro Mascagni, Dmitri Shostakovich and Astor Piazzolla, as well as the usual National Anthem, European Anthem and Partisan Anthems. The programme also includes the Anthem of the ancient Republic of Pisa by Spartaco Carlini.
The event is sponsored by the Municipality of Pisa, in collaboration with the Jewish Community of Pisa and the Provincial Committee of ANPI.
