To finance the project "psychological home care for cancer patients and their families" the Pisa Delegation of ANT Foundation organized a major event ANTologia d'autore (buffet dinner and show), scheduled for Friday 7 March at 8 pm at Pala Todisco in San Giuliano Terme in the province of Pisa.
More than 100 musicians of the Philharmonic of Pisa, a whistler, a solo singer, two choirs and an orchestra will perform and interpret the most beautiful soundtracks of the master Ennio Morricone.
Specially made arrangements, with the authentic instrumental mixes of the Maestro and critical-historical-musical comments to appreciate even more the greatness of his genius. Fondazione ANT, an institution that since 1978 deals with home care for cancer patients and cancer prevention, in 2024 opened a Delegation in Pisa, on the initiative of the volunteer and Delegate Pietro Augello.
The work of ANT Foundation is based on the principle of Eubiosia (from the Greek, eu/bene - bios/ life, "good life - life in dignity") understood as a set of qualities that give dignity to life, at every stage of illness. From this value are born the free activities of medical care - home specialist to cancer patients and cancer prevention projects, made possible in many areas of Italy mainly by donations from companies and individuals.
The Pisa Delegation of ANT Foundation has been engaged for some time in fundraising that has allowed the organization of free visits open to citizens for the early diagnosis of various pathologies. Among the projects that would like to be activated in the near future is also the service of psychological home care for cancer patients and their families. It is an essential service in the process of 'taking care' of the person, and more generally his network of relationships, for the best possible quality of life.
