A flash mob to involve the Italian population in training on first aid manoeuvres will start in Caivano (Naples), but will simultaneously involve the main Italian squares, promoting training and raising awareness on the culture of life. Organised by the National Institute for Health, Migration and Poverty (NIHMP), a public body supervised by the Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the Italian Red Cross, the Italian Resuscitation Council, the National Confederation of the Misericordie d'Italia and the Government's commissioner structure for Caivano, the event aims to involve and raise awareness of life-saving manoeuvres through practical demonstrations.

In Pisa, the appointment is in Piazza Cavalieri at 11.30 a.m. with first aid and cardiac massage demonstrations that will be carried out by Misericordia volunteers. The event is organised by the Misericordia di Pisa with the patronage of the Department of Social Policies of the Municipality of Pisa.

The flash mob will be held on Sunday 19 May, at 11.30 a.m., in the cities of Caivano, Assisi, Bacoli, Cagliari, Chiaravalle, Chieti, Cosenza, Cuneo, Forlì, Frosinone, Genoa, Gorizia, Jesi, Lampedusa, Lecce, Lucca, Manfredonia, Milan, Naples, Pisa, Potenza, Pozzuoli-Giugliano, Rome, Rovereto, San Benedetto del Tronto, San Daniele del Friuli, Sciacca, Terni, Turin, Trani, Venice.

During the flash mob, participants will be involved in a coordinated mass training, with demonstrations and performances of cardio-circulatory resuscitation techniques that anyone can perform, with the aim of spreading a positive message of life.
