In Pisa, the BRIGHT 2018 program includes a map of events that will follow the ideal path of a "knowledge subway" designed to link together universities and research studies promoting the initiative: University of Pisa, Scuola Normale Superiore, Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, CNR, INGV and INFN.

 

To underline the connection between the many research venues in Pisa, the city of research par excellence, the activities will in fact be organized on the basis of a "5" line (Food and health for all / Life and technology / Natural wonders / Society of today and tomorrow / European cultural heritage) that will wind from the streets of the center to the San Cataldo Area (CNR - Department of Chemistry and Industrial Chemistry), passing through the University's museums up to Calci.

 

At each subway stop, visitors can meet the real protagonists of BRIGHT, the researchers, who will tell and show their work and their discoveries to the public.

To connect the events organized in the center with those of the San Cataldo Area, a free shuttle service was activated.

 

Participation in all the events is free.
