The pre-Christmas event with the Pisa Marathon returns on Sunday 21 December 2025. For this 26th edition, the SSD 1063AD will be joined by the SSD TriO Events, consolidated in the endurance sports reality, with the fundamental support of the City of Pisa administration.

New course, new brand identity starting from the logo, which places the city and its visual icon at the centre. In addition, the 2025 medal and official jersey celebrate the visionary spirit of Pisan-born Galileo Galilei and his gaze at the stars, drawing inspiration from street artist Eduardo Kobra's mural that transforms the Tower of Pisa into an infinitely-facing telescope.

• The start of the marathon will be in front of Piazza Daniele Manin near the racing village, a stone's throw from Piazza del Duomo, you arrive at the sea and return along the Arno, the historic river, to arrive under the Leaning Tower.
  A streamlined and fascinating journey.

• The half marathon, the Pisanina, runs along the same route as the Marathon with a turning point at the 13th kilometer to finish under the Leaning Tower.

• The Christmas Run will take place on a city circuit along the Arno river and will finsh under the Leaning Tower.
