Allestimento Le Donne Di Puccini
Place:
cinema Arsenale
Start date:
End date:
Has a "Phantom of the Opera" ever existed at the Teatro Verdi? Do you know the Pisan painter who duplicated the Sistine Chapel on a 1: 1 scale for "The Young Pope" by Sorrentino? And which villa, near Ripafratta, preserves 25 thousand stage costumes, including rarities awarded with the Oscar?
Narrating stories of wigs, rumors and former cinemas hidden from shops, the editors of Second Chronicle will present a journey through the (forbidden) places and the (invisible) crafts of the show in Pisa, showing videos and exclusive images. You will enter the colorful deposit of Ospedaletto which houses the opera sets produced by the Verdi. You will return to the forgotten circus tent that has been driving the city's culture for years. Or in the premises of the old "Dr. Jazz "in via Vespucci, which still conceals a mysterious work by Keith Haring.

Entrance fee: 5 euros.
