High fashion arrives in Pisa for the third consecutive year with "Stelle in Giardino" the fashion gala scheduled for Sunday, September 6th at 9:30 pm at the Scotto Garden with free admission.
With the patronage of the Municipality of Pisa, the guest of honor will be Polimoda, the international school based in Florence considered one of the most prestigious in the world. It is no coincidence that in the subtext of this initiative, Polimoda is presented as "the gold of the Tuscans, an authentic cradle where talent is formed and exported throughout the world." For the first time, however, Pisa's shops will also be the protagonists: three in the historic center (BB Maison, Il Filo, and V-Lab) have accepted the Municipality's invitation and will present part of their collections at the opening of the show.
The evening, hosted by Gabriele Masiero, will unfold as a haute couture show punctuated by top-quality entertainment events thanks to the presence of Dario Ballantini and his Live Acoustic trio. A multifaceted artist who will bring her "thousand faces" and boundless talent to the stage, mirroring that of Beatrice Cosentini, fresh from winning the latest edition of Notti di Talento, the music contest in which La Nazione is a media partner, and the eleven Polimoda designers who will present their creations to the public. They are a group of students, from every corner of the planet, who have chosen Tuscany, the cradle of art, history, and beauty, to train and specialize thanks to the Fashion Design course. On the catwalk, they will parade their clothes and suggestions to offer the Pisan public trends, influences and contaminations from all over the globe.
Under the artistic direction of Stefano Bini, Michele Ammannati's organization for the Aurora music association, the show is a dive into the elegance of Made in Italy: the fashion sector which, despite going through a long period of difficulty, continues to represent for Italy and Tuscany an economic segment of enormous importance that employs thousands of direct and indirect workers, but which for many decades, above all, continues to amaze and captivate audiences around the world.
An evening not to be missed and with free admission thanks to the support, in addition to Kruso Kapital, of Toscana Aeroporti, Port Authority of Pisa, Municipal Pharmacies of Pisa, Patrimonio Pisa, Retiambiente, Toscana tourism promotion, Chamber of Commerce of North West Tuscany, Regional Council of Tuscany, Pisan Industrial Union and Cosmopolitan group.
