Saturday 7 June 2025, at 6.30 p.m., at the historic spaces of the GAMeC CentroArteModerna di Pisa (Lungarno Mediceo, 26), will take place the expected opening of the exhibition PISA: Beauty, Culture, History and Tradition – Edition 2025.  Designed, curated and ordered by Massimiliano Sbrana, this exhibition is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the artistic soul of the city, through the works of many talented authors who have dedicated their talent to the celebration of Pisa.

Pisa is a jewel set in the heart of Italy, a melting pot where history and modernity meet in a harmonious dialogue. Known worldwide for its famous Leaning Tower, Pisa is much more than an architectural symbol: it is an open-air cultural workshop, a place that has inspired artists, writers and thinkers for centuries.

Its streets tell of distant eras, its palaces testify to the evolution of human genius, and its river Arno, which gently runs along the Medicean Lungarno, offers unforgettable glimpses capable of seducing every visitor. But Pisa is not only a place to watch: it is a city to live, to feel, to explore without haste, letting itself be enveloped by its timeless charm.

The 2025 edition of the exhibition "PISA: Beauty, Culture, History and Tradition" wants to tell the city through the many artistic transfigurations that it inspires: from the most traditional representations, which evoke the medieval charm of its monuments, contemporary expressions, able to reinterpret Pisa with a new and avant-garde eye.

The works on display take the viewer on an exciting journey between colors, shapes and perspectives, offering an authentic and multifaceted view of the city. Each author has captured a fragment of the essence of Pisa, making it eternal on canvas, in sculpture or installation.

This year, the exhibition features works by numerous artists, each with their own unique style and vision of the city. They exhibit: Sergio Andreozzi, Silvia Arrighetti, Alberto Berti, Davide Berti, Giuseppe Biondi, Michele Bracciotti, Gino Bonfanti, Renzo Bussotti, Daniela Carta, Eugenio Contatore, Mimmo Corrado, Renzo Galardini, Sergio Ghione, Jonathan Lazzareschi, Leonardo Lazzareschi, Luigi Norelli, Bruno Magoni, Alberto Martini, Lucia Merli, Mario Meucci, Matteo Pacini, Maria Teresa Pannunzio, Silvia Pierucci Sapio, Senio Pratesi, Angela Rocco, Giulio Sbrana, Cesare Scomparin, Diva Severin, Aspreno Simonelli, Vanni Viviani.

The exhibition represents an important opportunity not only for art lovers, but also for those who want to rediscover Pisa through new interpretations and visual suggestions. Art becomes a bridge between past and present, allowing you to capture the most authentic soul of the city. The appointment is therefore set for June 7, 2025 at 6.30 pm, a meeting with the beauty, culture and tradition of Pisa that will not disappoint the eyes or the heart of those who participate.
