Guided tours of the Scuola Normale Superiore and the buildings overlooking Piazza dei Cavalieri are once again available—an opportunity to enter spaces rich in history, often inaccessible or little known, and to discover them up close.

The itineraries pass through some of the most significant sites of the square and the Normale: from the Palazzo della Carovana, featuring works from the Centro Pecci, to the Archival Center and the Library, and on to the Palazzo dell’Orologio with the Torre della Fame, as well as the surrounding historic buildings such as the Chiesa di Santo Stefano dei Cavalieri, the Palazzo della Canonica, the Palazzo dei Dodici, and the churches of San Rocco and San Sisto.

Students and library staff of the SNS guide small groups in discovering these places and their transformations over time.

Participation is free, with online registration required until all available places are filled.

The initiative is aimed at a broad audience and is designed to share the outcomes of the cultural enhancement project of Piazza dei Cavalieri, promoted by the Scuola Normale together with Fondazione Pisa.
