Tourists visiting Pisa in August and Pisan citizens staying in the city will be able to admire the collections of the Domus Mazziniana at their leisure, to rediscover and learn more about the Italian Risorgimento and the figure of Mazzini.

The museum will only close from Monday 7 to Sunday 20, while for the rest of the month it will be open every morning from Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m., and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. until 1 September.

Throughout the summer period, not only will admission to the museum be free, but visitors will receive a free book of their choice from those published by the Institute.
