Giugno Pisano's program 2019 is rich of events that focuses on the celebrations for the Patron Saint of the City of Pisa, San Ranieri. The culminating moment is the night on the eve of the festival with the Luminara (16 June) and the following day with Palio di San Ranieri (17 June). In the same month, every four years, Pisa hosts the Regatta of the Ancient Maritime Republics (this year the regatta is held in Venice on June 1st).
