Panettone, pandori, bottles of wine, toys, packages of pasta were the gifts deposited by simple citizens. This tradition had a double meaning: that of gratitude for the work carried out by the City Police in the city and that of solidarity with the less well-off. In the following days, in fact, a part of the gifts received by the population were donated for charitable purposes by the City Police.
