The new exhibition of Pisa's permanent exhibition of traditions, history, and identity, housed on the ground floor of Palazzo Gambacorti (Piazza XX Settembre, 1), will be inaugurated on Saturday, May 30, at 11:00 a.m.
The exhibition, opened by the Municipality of Pisa in June 2024 in the former registry office named after Umberto Moschini, expands with new exhibition spaces and an enrichment of the museum's itinerary dedicated to the city's historical traditions. The new exhibition, curated by specialists in the field, includes the extension of the exhibition to another room and new content dedicated to the Gioco del Ponte, Luminara, and other events representing Pisan history and traditions.
The inauguration on Saturday the 30th, open to all citizens, will be attended by the mayor of Pisa, Michele Conti, and the councilor for the traditions of Pisa's history and identity, Filippo Bedini.
The permanent exhibition of Pisa's traditions, history, and identity, with free admission, will be open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
