ALL ABOARD, LET'S SET SAIL TOGETHER! Workshops and visits for families with children
Activities for families with children at the Museum of Ancient Ships in Pisa
Sundays at 15:30
Workshops and visits for families with children aged 7 and up at the Museum of Ancient Ships in Pisa
Every Sunday at 15:30
Workshops and guided tours for children with our didactically experienced archaeologists and museum tours for adults: a special proposal for families with children aged 7 to 12.
While the little ones visit the museum, with its perfectly preserved ancient vessels, and take part in a beautiful educational workshop, their parents can in turn take part in the scheduled guided tour. A different workshop will be offered each week.
5 February → "Ancient weaves"
Let's discover together, by looking at the exhibits in the museum rooms, how weaving came about and then create a fabric with a horizontal loom like the one used by our ancestors.
12 February DARWIN DAY→ "The evolution... of objects".
On the occasion of Darwin Day, the museum organises a guided tour for families to discover the evolution of objects from antiquity to the present day.
* For max. 25 people including adults and children (4/5 families), € 6 per person
