Thursday 24 July at 9 p.m.,at the Scotto Garden, will be held "Antenati", a show by Marco Paolini that interweaves story, science, irony and emotion.
Antenati accompanies us on a journey through the evolution of our species, between difficulties, turns, questions and choices that still concern us today. Through words, images, stories and reflections, Paolini guides us on a path that unites past and present, narrating the story of the 4,000 generations that connect us to our common ancestors.
A great "family reunion" that reminds us where we come from and invites us to think with lucidity and imagination about our future, in an era of climate change and global transformations.

Marco Paolini is an Italian actor, author and director (1956). Self-taught, street actor and clown, he found the principles and discipline necessary for the job in the activity of ISTA (International School of Theatre Anthropology) by E. Barba (Volterra, 1981). Starting from childhood memories, he finds his origin as a spokesman for the oral tradition, an epic narrator of a story that will be remembered and relived only thanks to words and their transmission.
In 1999 he founded Jolefilm, the company with which he produces all his shows and develops a passion for documentaries and cinema. His is a narrative theater in which the actor, finding the interpersonal exchange that keeps the viewer’s attention alive, hooks the latter to the edge of history and continues to capture it breath after breath. Inspired by the lesson of Dario Fo, he inaugurated a successful experience as a solo commentator. For television he has produced shows, broadcasts and live stories followed by millions of viewers.
