On Saturday 20 January 2024, the final event of the Photo Experience photographic activities will be held. Photographic exhibitions will be set up at the Stazione Leopolda in Pisa. More than 150 shots, photographic images, of the final works of the Basic and Advanced Course will be exhibited. Admission is free.
There are many photographic prints on display. The event represents the end of a course for the students, about 100 of them, that lasted months. The students attended lectures but also carried out practical exercises and outings in the open air.
The students of the Advanced Photography Course in Pisa worked on the theme 'A True Story'. With a reportage work, they told a story through images, 68 photos were presented. While the students of the Basic course, the theme was 'Travelling'. There will also be a selection of photos taken at the first Pisa Street Photography Marathon held last 24 September, on the occasion of the "Street Photo International Festival 2023" in Pisa
There will also be a review of the photographic works of the over one hundred members of the Photo Experience Cultural Association.
The opening is scheduled from 17.00 hours, while the prize-giving ceremony will take place from 18.00 onwards.
The didactic paths offered educate to correctly convey communication through images. Learn photographic technique in order to use it as a communication tool, so as to unleash your creativity and contribute to improving your community. The 'exhibitions' represent our commitment to show the city our passion and that of all the people with whom we share a part of our journey.
More Courses are in the pipeline for 2024 and most of them will take place at the Stazione Leopolda.
