The Mezzogiorno district of Pisa is pleased to invite residents to the official celebrations in honor of Saint Catherine of Siena, patron saint of Mezzogiorno.
The event will take place on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
CELEBRATION PROGRAMME
- 5 pm - Historical parade departing from Via San Martino, proceeding along Corso Italia to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, and arriving at the venue for the service;
- 6 pm - Religious service at the Church of Santa Cristina on Lungarno Gambacorti;
- 6.45 pm - Blessing of the flags
In case of inclement weather, the blessing will take place inside the church.
